• Meet Kevin Noe

    Kevin is President & Owner of Cornerstone Construction and has spent four decades working in the industry. Born and raised in Birmingham, Kevin started his first business in the 1980s. Kevin and his wife, Angela moved their family to the Gulf Coast area where they spent 14 years building custom homes and commercial buildings. After the BP Oil spill ruptured in the Gulf of Mexico, Kevin and Angela decided it was time to move North to their final home in the Smith Lake area.

    Kevin and Angela have raised four children and to date have eight grandchildren. Kevin enjoys boating, surfing, skiing and playing on the lake. He can also be found hunting and fishing. Kevin’s focus is to always keep God as the Cornerstone of his life and to treat people with honesty and integrity.

  • Meet Corey Noe

    Corey is the Vice President of Cornerstone. He has been working in construction since high school building houses on the Alabama gulf coast and now on Smith Lake. He worked for 10 years at the Gulf Shores Fire Rescue Dept. as a Firefighter/Paramedic and also the owner of Cornerstone Construction in Orange Beach. After 10 years of successfully remodeling condos and building houses along the gulf coast.

    Corey and his wife, Rebecca, followed God‘s calling on their lives and moved with their four children to Arley. Corey hung up his fire helmet and now devotes his time to building houses and preserving the art of craftsmanship.

  • Meet Angela Noe

    Angela, Kevin’s wife has been apart of the company since the beginning. Angie homeschooled all four of their children and in recent years has been able to devote more of her time to the design side of the company. Her main role in the company is in the designer phase helping our clients pick out cabinets, colors, tile, flooring, etc, for your home. Angie’s main goal in life is to keep God first in all that she does.

  • Meet Kyle Woodard

    Meet Kyle Woodard

    Kyle serves as one of our Project Managers, overseeing Cornerstone homes from the moment they come out of the ground until the key is turned over. Prior to joining the Cornerstone team in 2021, Kyle spent 11 years working with the Hartselle City Schools System teaching Construction and Vocational Agriculture. Together he and his wife, Saige, have two children and enjoy spending time outdoors tending to their family farm of cattle, chickens and hay.

  • Meet Kayla Brown

    Kayla is the Office Manager. She helps with all billing, appointments, and keeps the guys in order! Kayla graduated from Wallace State with an accounting and administrative assistance degree and joined our team this past summer. Kayla, her husband Levi, and daughter Paeleigh have grown up on and around Smith Lake their whole life. We are so blessed to have Kayla.

  • Meet Scott Cagle

    Scott is also one of our Project Managers, overseeing Cornerstone homes. Scott joined the team in 2022. Prior to joining Cornerstone's team, he spent 10 years building custom homes in Birmingham al. together he and his wife, Haley, have 2 children. They enjoy spending time with their church family where Scott serves as a discipleship group leader and teaches an RA's class. He spends his spare time outdoors hunting and fishing. Scott grew up in Jasper, Alabama and spent countless hours on Smith Lake playing and fishing.

  • Meet John Barlare

    John is one of our Project Managers. He is over our home remodels. He is from Birmingham where he was a general contractor and home builder for over 30 years. John is married to Kim and they have two kids, Michelle and Matthew. John heads our remodel team where we transform your house into your dream home. He has had a home on Smith Lake for over 20 years and made it his home in the last few years. John lives, works, and plays on Smith Lake. He loves being a part of the Cornerstone family and we love having him with us.

  • Meet Scotty

    Scotty moved to Alabama from Georgia in 2004 after hurricane Ivan and has been working with us ever since and is our top Superintendent. Scotty loves his wife, three kids, 5 grandkids, and being a part of the Cornerstone team. Thank you, Scotty.

    Kujo has been with Cornerstone since he was a pup. Kujo spends half his time playing on the lake and half his time being our chief of security at the office and around the jobs. Kujo loves going to all the job sites with Kevin, sampling everyone’s lunch, and fetching balls, rocks, or anything else you can throw. We’re happy to have everyone’s favorite team member with us🐾
