Pre-construction services are provided for a fee determined by the size, scope, and specific requirements of your project.

New Home Construction, Large Remodels, or Additions

During this phase, we will:

• Create a custom home plan when utilizing our in-house CAD designer.

• Develop a detailed, itemized construction estimate.

• Provide up to 12 hours of interior design consultation when utilizing our in-house design team.

• Coordinate surveys, if required.

• Coordinate perc testing, if required.

Our pre-construction services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each project.

Small Remodels or Additions

For smaller projects, this phase focuses on preparing a detailed construction estimate. The pre-construction fee is determined by the overall size and scope of the project.

This phase brings the details together to prepare for construction. It includes:

• Setting up our project management app, where you can:

  • Monitor project budgets in real time.

  • Make secure, convenient payments.

  • Receive regular photos of construction progress.

  • Communicate directly with the construction team.

• Receiving access to our Client Resource Center.

• Meeting your dedicated Project Manager.

• Meeting your dedicated interior designer when utilizing our in-house design team.

• Coordinating perc testing, surveys, and E-911 addressing, if required.

Our team will also:

• Develop a detailed project timeline.

• Coordinate material procurement.

• Begin scheduling subcontractors.

Every decision during this phase is guided by your style, budget, and long-term goals, helping create a cohesive plan for your finished project.

With planning complete, construction begins and your vision starts becoming reality.

During this phase, our team focuses on precision, communication, and quality at every step:

• Your dedicated Project Manager oversees daily on-site operations, coordinates trades, and keeps progress aligned with the project schedule.

• Our Operations Manager conducts routine inspections to maintain quality workmanship and ensure work meets applicable FORTIFIED building standards and local code requirements.

• We prioritize a clean, safe, and organized jobsite, protecting your property while maintaining a professional environment for our crew and partners.

• You’ll receive regular updates, clear timelines, and open communication as your home takes shape.

• Questions, selections, and necessary adjustments are addressed promptly to keep the project moving smoothly and within scope.

This is where planning meets craftsmanship and your home comes to life.

The final step marks the exciting completion of your project.

We’ll conduct a detailed final walkthrough with you to review the finished work, answer questions, and create a punch list of any items needing attention. Whether your project is a custom home, remodel, or addition, this walkthrough helps you feel confident in your completed space.

At this stage, your one-year warranty coverage officially begins, giving you peace of mind moving forward.
