What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Smith Lake and Cullman, Walker, and Winston counties in Alabama. If your property is outside these areas, contact our team to discuss your location and project.
What types of projects do you handle?
We specialize in custom homes, high-end remodeling, and home additions. Whether you’re planning a primary residence, a lake retreat, or a transformation of your existing home, we’d love to hear about your vision.
How do I get started?
Start by contacting our team and sharing your property location, project ideas, anticipated budget, and preferred timing. Do I need house plans before contacting you?
You don’t need finished plans to start a conversation. Our in-house drafting and interior design teams can help develop your ideas into floor plans, layouts, and finish selections. If you already have plans, share them with our team so we can discuss your project and the services you need.
Is there a fee for consultations and pre-construction services?
Our on-site consultation fee is $250. During this visit, we discuss your goals, review site conditions, and provide a preliminary budget range.
Pre-construction, drafting, and interior design services are provided for a fee based on your project’s size, scope, and specific requirements. Visit Our Process page for more information about what’s included.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on your project’s size, complexity, design requirements, and site conditions. During planning and construction preparation, our team develops a project timeline and discusses expectations with you. Weather, material availability, and changes to the work can affect the schedule, and we’ll communicate updates as your project progresses.
