The Edgewater

Highlights

The Edgewater addition expanded an already beautiful lakefront home with a spacious primary suite and bathroom, plus an upstairs guest bedroom and bath with gorgeous lake views. Expansive windows bring the waterfront setting indoors, while warm wood finishes and a dramatic black-tiled wet room with a freestanding tub add distinctive character. In the primary bathroom, an architect-designed floating vanity, expertly crafted by our crew, showcases the attention to detail throughout the addition. Outside, a new seating area, outdoor kitchen, and bar beside the existing putting green create an inviting place to gather and entertain. Thoughtfully integrated with the original home, these additions bring more comfort and room to enjoy lakeside living.
